Title: Mom's Instant Cocoa with Marshmallows

Yield: 16 Cups mix

8 1/2	c	Dry milk; nonfat, 25.6oz pkg
3	c	Instant chocolate drink mix;
		. for milk, 16oz pkg
1 1/2	c	Non-dairy coffee creamer;
		. 6oz jar
1 1/2	c	Confectioners sugar
1 1/2	c	Miniature marshmallows

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container. Give mix with serving instructions.

Makes about 16 cups of cocoa mix, enough for 32 servings.

To Serve: Stir 1/2 cup cocoa mix into 9oz of hot water.
